Welcome to Dink.games (the "Site"), where you can play the classic action role-playing game Dink Smallwood directly in your web browser. The Site is provided for your personal entertainment. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of the Service

Dink.games offers a browser-based version of Dink Smallwood, the freeware humorous isometric action RPG originally released by Robinson Technologies in 1999. Control Dink, the pig farmer turned adventurer, through quests, combat, magic, and satirical storytelling in classic Zelda-like gameplay. Our version runs the original game (with support for community D-Mods where available) without any downloads required.

No user accounts, multiplayer features, or persistent user data storage are provided.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of majority in your location). If under 18, you need parental or guardian consent.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or extract code from the Site or game.
  • Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Use the Site for any commercial purpose without permission.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or abuses the service.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

4. Intellectual Property

Dink Smallwood and its assets are owned by Robinson Technologies (copyrights and trademarks protected). The original game is freeware, with later versions (including HD) under open-source-style licenses.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game in your browser for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivatives without permission from the rights holders. Community D-Mods (if supported) remain the property of their creators.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Site and game are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties regarding fitness, availability, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed.
